Refund Policy

At Prospace Cleaning, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, professional commercial cleaning services. Because our services are customized and scheduled in advance, the following Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.

 

Consultations & Walkthroughs

All walkthroughs, consultations, and estimates are free of charge and do not require payment upfront.

 

Service Payments

Payments are only required after services have been agreed upon and confirmed through an invoice or service agreement. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service provided.

 

Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service by providing reasonable advance notice. We ask that cancellations or changes be communicated as early as possible to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances and scheduling impact.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not performed as agreed

  • A scheduling error occurred on our part

  • A service was canceled in advance and payment was already made

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed based on the scope of work, time invested, and materials used.

 

Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to address concerns, which may include a follow-up visit or service adjustment rather than a refund.

 

Non-Refundable Services

Completed services, labor costs, and customized cleaning work are generally non-refundable once performed.

 

Changes to This Policy

Prospace Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
